How we prep and paint an exterior
We prepare surfaces as needed by cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking gaps and making minor repairs. Exposed or problem areas get primed so the finish coat has something sound to hold onto, including bare wood that has been showing through for a few summers.
Then we apply quality exterior coatings to the siding, trim, fascia, soffits, doors, garages, shops and other exterior surfaces. Crews work from ladders and, on bigger properties, spray with an airless rig, with the edges masked so a hard line stays a hard line.
